Return Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

Returns & Eligibility

To request a return, please contact us directly so we can provide return instructions.

• All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
• A copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned item.
• Returned parts must be new, unused, and in original packaging, in resaleable condition.
• We do not accept returns on:
  • Used parts
  • Installed or attempted-to-install parts
  • Electrical components

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Items that fail inspection may be returned to the customer.

Restocking Fees

• A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
• For special order parts, a 15% return fee may apply if the order is canceled after processing.

Cancellation Policy

Orders or portions of orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has shipped and is no longer in our possession, it cannot be canceled.
